ICAS and SMO Edusave forms & Cash

Dear all,
Let's end the term with all loose ends tied!

1. ICAS & SMO Edusave Forms and Cash
These are the 12 guys who have not submitted the forms. I will not accept more excuses from you tmr. O$P$ or OFPF that's it!
Abhi, RONNIE, Hayat, Jonathan, Indra, Ariff, Reneesh, TIMOTHY, TSENG WEN YU, Mitchell Yap, Han Ching.
If you are paying cash, pls bring exact amt $8.60! You will pay cash if you have lost the forms.
Shawn & Mitchell Lee need to fill up the Edusave balance for their forms.

2. OPW Survey Final report
- All OPW Group Leaders are to ENSURE your group final report is ready by OPW session at 1155am this Friday 12 Mar 10. The report must be printed out for submission.
- DO NOT just blindly plot the charts. Plot charts to tell the reader your survey results. Of course you need to analyse the chart, provide comments, draw conclusions. YOU MAY choose to present all the charts as an APPENDIX to the report i.e place them all at the last few pages. Label all chart properly.
- Label the charts. Give the chart nos. Example - Chart 1 - Survey responses for Envrionment in the Library, Chart 2 - Survey responses to facilities in the Library. When you refer the charts in your analysis, SAY something like "from Chart 1 we can conclude that most respondents prefer chairs with wheels than the rigid chairs we have in the library....."
